I also lost everything!!

This game is tons of fun but its extremely annoying that the servers constantly go down. Im not sure if its for fighter updates or what but literally 4-5 times a day it says servers are unreadable. Besides all of that....I also lost all of my progress about a week ago following a required update. I hadnt spent any money because I dont spend money on games, but its still frustrating losing all that progress.
